DD Group confirms that it has agreed to acquire Fox Pharma Ltd, a specialist aesthetics supplier and pharmacy.
Founded in 2018, Fox Pharma has grown into a specialist supplier to the UK aesthetics market, combining a strong product portfolio with training and digital support for practitioners. Fox Academy, launched in 2019, provides CPD-accredited professional training.
