Deep sector experience.
More than 50 years in the dental market means we understand your business from day one.
Growth and Acquisitions:

Most markets are served by long-established independent businesses, each strong in its own region, most of them too small to invest at the scale the market now demands. Practices want more from their suppliers: broader ranges, better prices, digital capability, equipment servicing, technology support.
Meeting that alone is getting harder every year. Bringing those businesses together is how we solve it, and it is the core of our strategy rather than an activity alongside it.
Acquisitions have taken us from the UK and Ireland into markets across Europe, and from dental into aesthetics and practice technology. Each business that has joined made the group stronger, and each one gained something it could not have built alone. We intend to keep going. There are excellent businesses across Europe facing the same question about their future, and we would like to talk to them.
Selling a business you have built is rarely only about price.
Most owners we talk to want to know what happens next, and whether the people taking it on understand what made it work.
We have been on this side of the conversation a number of times, so we know the questions and we would rather answer them early than late.

European dental distribution remains highly fragmented, with successful specialist businesses serving customers in individual markets. At the same time, expectations are changing. Customers increasingly want broader capability, stronger digital services, technical support, and access to greater choice.
DD Group’s strategy is to bring complementary businesses together while protecting the local knowledge, customer relationships, and specialist expertise that made them successful in the first place.
Acquisition has already taken the Group into new European markets and expanded our capability across dental, aesthetics, and practice technology – and we intend to keep on growing.
Selling a business you have built is rarely only about price.
Owners want to understand what happens to the company, the people, and the customer relationships they have spent years building. We understand those questions and believe they are better answered early.
Joining DD Group means becoming part of a larger European platform while retaining the local strengths that made your business successful.

We are experienced acquirers and understand that transactions need to be practical and straightforward. We communicate openly, work collaboratively with owners and advisers, and recognise that successful transactions happen at a pace that works for all parties.
